Social Crafting Event: Knitted or Crocheted Pumpkin (Sat Oct 31, 12-2pm)
Come celebrate Halloween at Inner Harbour Yarn by making your own knitted or crocheted pumpkin! This social make-a-long time includes all materials (details below) to make one pumpkin while you chat with other makers and enjoy some spooky music and perhaps a treat or two!
This is not a taught workshop - participants are provided with everything to complete their project independently, and ad-hoc support is available, but no formal instruction is provided.
Skill level: Pattern requires being able to independently knit, purl, and seam OR crochet basic stitches and seam.
Materials:
All required materials (yarn, stuffing, printed pattern instructions) will be provided to make one pumpkin.
Notions (darning needles, scissors, markers, etc) will be provided for use during the event.
Participants must bring their own knitting needles or crochet hook: US8/5mm either DPNs, circular for magic loop, or straight needles, plus DPNs or circular needle in the same size for i-cord OR 5mm crochet hook.
Thank you to Adrienne Sullivan for providing permission to use her pattern at this event.
