Class: Introduction to Knitting for Beginners with Katy Diederichs (Sunday Sept 6, 13, 27, 1pm-3pm)
Welcome to Knitting 101! In the three 2-hour classes, you will learn the basics of knitting, including casting on, basic stitches, binding off, seaming, and more. Across the 3 classes, you will complete a pair of fingerless mittens in a solid or striped pattern. This class provides the foundation to be able to complete beginner projects.

Skill level: Beginner (no prior knitting knowledge or experience is needed)
Materials:
All yarn required for a pair of fingerless mittens, knitting needles for the project, and the pattern are included in the class fee. Reference books, scissors, and darning needles will be provided for use during the class.
Participants do not need to bring any materials to this class.
